The hotel is located in a very central area of beautiful Istanbul, offering a nice and well-connected spot. The rooms, although not as advertised with some old inventory, are still normal and adequate. The service, while having some cold interactions, overall ensures a good stay with available amenities. The dining experience, with simple offerings, is fair but not exceptional. The location is great, providing easy access to local places and transportation options.
The hotel's lobby appears more modern than the rooms, which were basic but suited our short stay before flying to Bodrum. The rooms were good overall but too small for our liking.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, although they surprised me by entering the room unexpectedly. The location is fine, especially if you prefer quieter areas. The dining experience was good but lacked exciting hot selections. Overall, a mid-level hotel with decent offerings.
